Meet the team behind Millennial Community

Ramona Fellermeier

Founder

Event Host Munich

Ramona founded Millennial Community after she realised that we thrive most when we surround ourselves with people who support us, radiate good energy and approach life with a can do mentality. Her own personal vision is to actively contribute to a more open, conscious and loving world. As an agile consultant, life coach, partner and facilitator at The Wisdom Tree Academy and events lead for Escape The City Munich, she puts her vision into practice on a daily basis. After having travelled the world as a digital nomad for three years (33 countries and counting), Ramona is now based in Munich again.

Event Host Munich

Born in Madrid, Sergio moved to Munich due to his profession as mechanical engineer. It's not only cars that get him passionate: Sergio's interest in personal development and continuous learning about the nature of humanity give him both motivation and inner peace - a wonderful combination! He loves to engage with people and support them in learning more about themselves. Sergio studies the "DNA" of personal relationships and how to improve them by applying tools like personality types or communication models. In his projects, he aims to combine nature, personal development and personal relationships into one holistic concept.

Marion Wierl

Communication Genius & Team Assistant

Marion is a born-and-bred Bavarian who actually prefers much more being called by her nickname Rio.
After starting to study Communication Studies and Sociology in 2015 her vague dreams for the future slowly became more and more concrete: Creating content and working for projects she‘s really passionate about – like Millennial Community.
Marion is absolutely in love with writing, although photography is slowly catching up to that.
Meeting new people, connecting with them and making dreams come true – regardless if they are her own or others – is highly important to this wonderful 22-year-old dreamer.

More about Marion is coming soon!
